All Will Be Well.

The purpose of this message Is to show you how to walk In freedom from worry, fear and freaking out.

I could stand up here, being that its the month of November, and tell you over and over that you need to have more thanksgiving in your heart or that you need to be more grateful.
I could burden you with the function of thanksgiving (like we do with our kids)

Or…
I could stand here and overwhelm you with the goodness and love of your Father and WHO He is for you to the point where your only proper response is gratitude!

So, I choose to talk about God today and WHO He is for you and HOW wildly GOOD He is toward each and everyone of us! And I know as I do, as I speak these words today there is only one response we can give and that will be THANKSGIVING.

I stand before you as a man who has deep compassion for the difficulties and challenges that each and everyone of you are facing. (The lord brought me to that place)

Some here today you stand upon a mountain top thanking God that you just made it through a difficult season of life.

Some here can barely stand because you don’t know how you are going to make it through the valley you are in right now.

The Bible exhorts all of us as a community with these simple yet very wise words,
Rom. 12.15 (NKJV) Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.

That’s a culture of LOVE. The ability to put ourselves into the place of another and ask God to help us connect with them so we can FEEL what it is they are going through. Whether good or bad.

And I believe God is doing that here at New Day. Little by little I see us loving one another right where people are at. Caring for each other. Feeling what others are going through. Allowing God to work through us to minister to our brothers and sisters.

As I pondered the many challenges that you are facing a simple phrase kept coming back to my mind –
“God is a comforter”.

Stand during message If you need God to comfort you.

Let me say that again. God is a comforter.
Many of you don’t see God this way. You see Him cold, distant and annoyed that you are having a tough time. But God is not like that. He meets us right where we are at!!! With His LOVE and His POWER. His love that comforts us. His power that changes us.
And He calls each of us to meet our brothers and sisters right where they are at. Ready to shower upon them GRACE, MERCY and HIS RELENTLESS LOVE.

Listen to these words,
2Cor. 1:3-5 (TPT)
3 All praises belong to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he is the Father of tender mercy and the God of endless comfort.[b] 4 He always comes alongside us to comfort us in every suffering so that we can come alongside those who are in any painful trial. We can bring them this same comfort that God has poured out upon us. 5 And just as we experience the abundance of Christ’s own sufferings,[c] even more of God’s comfort will cascade upon us through our union with Christ.

Remember there is nothing God requires of us or asks of us that He does not 1st give to us.
He comforts us so that we can COMFORT others.
He loves us so that we can LOVE others.
He calls us up so we can CALL others UP!
