Are you beginning to catch it? When God gave us Jesus, everything He has came with Him. EVERYTHING!!!

That is why Paul could say these words,

Philippians 3:4, 7-16

It’s true that I once relied on all that I had become. I had a reason to boast and impress people with my accomplishments—more than others—for my pedigree was impeccable.

Yet all of the accomplishments that I once took credit for, I’ve now forsaken them and I regard it all as nothing compared to the delight of experiencing Jesus Christ as my Lord! To truly know him meant letting go of everything from my past and throwing all my boasting on the garbage heap. It’s all like a pile of manure to me now, so that I may be enriched in the reality of knowing Jesus Christ and embrace him as Lord in all of his greatness.

My passion is to be consumed with him and not clinging to my own “righteousness” based in keeping the written Law. My “righteousness” will be his, based on the faithfulness of Jesus Christ—the very righteousness that comes from God. 10 And I continually long to know the wonders of Jesus more fully and to experience the overflowing power of his resurrection working in me. I will be one with him in his sufferings and I will be one with him in his death. 11 Only then will I be able to experience complete oneness with him in his resurrection from the realm of death.

12 I admit that I haven’t yet acquired the absolute fullness that I’m pursuing, but I run with passion into his abundance so that I may reach the purpose that Jesus Christ has called me to fulfill and wants me to discover. 13 I don’t depend on my own strength to accomplish this;[f] however I do have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead. 14 I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus. 15 So let all who are fully mature have this same passion, and if anyone is not yet gripped by these desires,[g] God will reveal it to them. 16 And let us all advance together to reach this victory-prize, following one path with one passion.

So will His sons and daugthers rise up and claim all that is rightfully theirs?

Will you stand in WHO you are and walk in the power that only He could give you?

Would you step into your calling and use your giftings as He intended?

Will you represent Him wherever you go?

Will you spend quality time getting to know Him as your father and capturing His heart and learning His ways?

Will you RISE up and be sons and daughters?

I believe you will. And I believe God is doing that work already in our hearts and minds.

So how do we respond? The writer of Hebrews gives us some advice…

Heb. 12:1-2b

As for us, we have all of these great witnesses[a] who encircle us like clouds. So we must let go of every wound that has pierced us[b] and the sin we so easily fall into.[c] Then we will be able to run life’s marathon race[d] with passion and determination, for the path has been already marked out before us.[e]

We look away from the natural realm and we fasten our gaze onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection.[f]

Let me close with this prayer the apostle Paul prayed for the churches in Ephesus…

Eph. 1:17-23

17 I pray that the Father of glory, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, would impart to you the riches of the Spirit of wisdom and the Spirit of revelation[u] to know him through your deepening intimacy with him.

18 I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination,[v] flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling[w]—that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones!

19 I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of this immense power as it works through you! This is the mighty power 20 that was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted him[x] to the place of highest honor and supreme authority[y] in the heavenly realm! 21 And now he is exalted as first above every ruler, authority, government, and realm of power in existence! He is gloriously enthroned over every name that is ever praised,[z] not only in this age,[aa] but in the age that is coming![ab]

22 And he alone is the leader and source of everything needed in the church. God has put everything beneath the authority of Jesus Christ[ac] and has given him the highest rank above all others23 And now we, his church, are his body on the earth and that which fills him who is being filled by it![ad]

God is declaring over us today!!!
