THE COLT SYMBOLIZED TWO IMPORTANT THINGS –
PEACE… Jesus came to restore peace between us & the Father…
Peace or shalom… means nothing broken or missing between you and God… wholeness, completeness and soundness; it’s a restored relationship with god… no longer our judge, but now our father… you now can enjoy all that is good because of your right relationship with god…. It is the absence of inward conflict, condemnation, and torment, but rather a state of rest, calmness, and quiet confidence…
Rom. 5:1 (nkjv) therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our lord Jesus Christ,
Eph. 2:13 (nkjv) but now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
Eph. 2:14 (nkjv) for he himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, (PEACE IS RELATIONAL NOT CIRCUMSTANTIAL)
Col. 1:20 (nkjv) and by him to reconcile all things to himself, by him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of his cross.
