Good morning New Day. Especially a good morning to all the men here today!!
Happy Father’s day to those who are fathers. And to all those who will one day be a father.
I want to start with a statement I believe to be true.
It is the standard of today’s men that will make the most impact on the values of the next generation.
Our standards matter. Let them go and the lines and boundaries for the next generation become blurred.
Men, we were placed on this earth to be men… To provide…
Stability.
A Standard.
Courage.
&
Direction.
Our daughters and sons and families need for us to…
remain Stable in the midst of chaos and evil.
To set the standard. (as for me and my house we will serve God)
To invoke courage not disappointment.
& to provide direction – “jesus is this way”
But where does that man come from.
Where is that type of man made?
How do we as men get there?
It all has to do with taking our rightful place as righteousness men who have been sent with a mission to produce righteous seed in this earth! To raise up Sons and daughters who know who their Father in Heaven is. And who know who they are!
Psa. 112.1 (NKJV) Praise the LORD! Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, Who delights greatly in His commandments.
Psa. 112.2 (NKJV) His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed.
Psa. 112.3 (NKJV) Wealth and riches will be in his house, And his righteousness endures forever.
We are not trying to manufacture a good Christian generation. We are called to invest in the next generation and show them the kingdom of God and reveal to them who they are and who is their Father!
And who leads the way?
Men who FEAR GOD.
Men who HEAR from God.
Men who KNOW their God.
&
Men who LOVE their God.
But before we can adequately LEAD we must step into our Identity. Who we are in Christ and how we are known in Heaven. Only then can we make the true impact God has called us to make.
Its time for us to wake up and Step Up and take the place God has given us.
Because of a lack of knowledge, the enemy has stolen something vital from many of you here today… Our identity and our inheritance.
Hos. 4.6 (NKJV) My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
Don’t wait till Heaven to get what is rightfully yours right now.
Rom. 8.16 (NKJV) The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,
Rom. 8.17 (NKJV) and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.
Many of us in this room can feel the pull of going back to functional Christianity. Let me explain…
Please know we are by default very self and sin conscious.

We are so fixated on our behavior and how that impacts what we can receive from God.
But we don’t fully understand that the power comes from the gift. God’s gift of righteousness and grace contains the power to transform us!!
You become by Receiving in the Kingdom. You receive by believing.
This is why this message is so important. We cannot boldly approach and intimately relate to the Father until we know and understand the truth I will share with you today. There is a reason many of you struggle to approach God. To be intimate with God. To pursue God. And to RECEIVE from God.
Rom. 5.17 (NKJV) For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)
1. You receive God’s gift.
2. You open it up.
3. You respond accordingly.
Paul reminds us that the gospel reveals something very important…
Rom. 1.16 (NKJV) For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
Rom. 1.17 (NKJV) For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
1Cor. 15.34 (NKJV) Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame.
1) awake to righteousness… & 2) do not sin…
You have the “right” to stand before God. He made that possible through Jesus Christ.
Many of us have lost sight of our right standing…
the righteousness of god cannot be earned;
it cannot be obtained by religious deeds,
and it cannot be achieved by a person’s strenuous effort…
nothing you can ever do, no matter how religious, can make you righteous…
Righteousness is the reality (permission) to stand in the presence of God with no guilt, no condemnation, no shame, or an ounce of unworthiness… (I am not talking about feelings here)
But also the freedom to stand in the presence of the enemy without any sense of inferiority, weakness or fear…
Is. 32.17 (AMP) And the effect of righteousness will be peace [internal and external], and the result of righteousness will be quietness and confident trust forever.
“quietness” means: to be undisturbed, to be at rest, to be tranquil, to have unworried ease, to sink down into rest and to be quiet and gaze…
Once I receive this gift of Righteousness… God gives me permission to declare, “my relationship with my father has been restored”
Rom. 5.1 (NKJV) Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
Rom. 5.2 (NKJV) through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
A divine exchange was made…
2Cor. 5.21 (NKJV) For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
The word “made” means: to bring into existence, to become… it signifies the entrance into a new condition.
Robe of Righteousness…
What robe will you put on when you wake up?
Is. 61.10 (NKJV) I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
